Its time to get back on track. I have gained 10lbs back. But Its funny usually I would be so upset but I am not. I enjoyed vacation, the holidays, & several birthday parties. And with being sick a few times exercise has not been at the top of the to do list.
I am hoping Monday my cold will be gone & back to exercising 4-5 days a week. I have been trying to come up with new & interesting recipes. I have bought both books (above) from amazon.com & have found some good low cal recipes. So I plan on trying more of them .
There a few things I really need to start doing again
1 writing it all down ( food I ate)
2 exercise
3 Prepare some foods ahead of time.
4 get a buddy... someone to talk to & work out with if I struggle
my dads on it but he can not work out as much. We do talk about it.
Back to work I guess
